This morning I ran with Parx from the house to the horses and back. It took us about 35 minutes.
For breakfast I had a bowl of Uncle Sam cereal with some blueberries. For lunch I had a hummus, tomato, cucumber sandwich and some baby carrots. I have 2 Chai teas to keep me awake, both with a splash of soy milk. I've had 1.5L of water so far.
Last night at the gym I weighed 146 pounds. I would like to weigh 130 pounds by Memorial Day.

Looks great Tara... if you can stick this out it's going to do nothing but help me as well... lets rock it out.
